BOOKING PROCEDURE

After you make your enquiry we will preserve your preferred safari dates.
You buy/book your international return flights once timings are agreed by us.
You complete our booking form
We issue you an invoice.
Upon receipt of your safari deposit, we issue a receipt with your safari dates confirmed.
On full payment we issue your full receipt, an accommodation voucher for your visa application and arrival notes.
Once the above process is completed you apply for your visa.
Two weeks prior, we email you your internal flights tickets.
It’s all very straightforward and simple, you start the process by buying your international return flight.

We do hold an option for you in one of our new tents or cottages which is confirmed once your flights are booked and deposit paid.
