Welcome to the Freeman Safaris website. My aim is to show you a different Kenya, our Kenya. A country of contrasts, from rolling savannah grasslands, to the Great Rift Valley with its lakes, snow capped peaks, and arid hostile deserts.

Kenya is a country that has to be experienced by being on the ground and interacting with your surroundings. I believe that is the only way you will enjoy the culture, the animals, the landscape, and the sheer adventure of crossing the country. In Kenya the game is wild, it is not owned or fenced, your money goes to, and provides the incentive for, the local people to keep it that way and protect the environment for future generations.

My safaris are designed to show you as much as possible, to make the most of each day (with up to 12 hours game viewing). We will write a story that matches and exceeds your expectations, that is rich in content, that excites you, that draws you back again, and that is something very special you will never forget. As one of my recent clients remarked, "Having previous safari experience, we knew some of what to expect, but this trip really went that extra mile. I have never met a person who knows the Bush as well as Brian does and what a fabulous team of staff he has."... Read more of their comments, and other testimonials.

Remember, even if any of the scheduled safari dates are not suitable for your requirements, feel free to contact me to discuss alternatives as we can easily tailor a safari to your own specifications and timescales.  Please also take time to read the Introduction to our all-inclusive safaris, or simply browse the site at your leisure. Thank you for your interest in Freeman Safaris,

P.S. To give you a proper feel for my safaris there is a lot of text within this site. However, at the bottom of most pages is the option to download all the pages from that particular section in Acrobat format (.pdf), for saving and viewing off-line at a later time. Furthermore, I have tried to limit the number of pictures on each page - but if you would like to see some example photographs that people have taken whilst on safari with me, please go to our Photo Gallery page.
