Once you have decided on your safari dates from the Availabilities 2010 page please complete the form below and e-mail it to us so that we can reserve your safari. Once the booking form and payment have been received the booking will be confirmed and a receipt will be sent to you. At the same time it will be necessary for you to book your seats to Nairobi with the airline. If applicable we will book your internal flights. It all works very well if coordinated by us.

Should you wish to use your existing insurance policies you will need to ensure that they provide adequate cover. In addition it is a condition of the safari that you have the Kenya Flying Doctor cover. It is the only way to organise an instant recovery as time cannot be wasted establishing payment. So far the service has never been required but we cannot afford to take any chances in the bush, miles away from good medical facilities.

An increasing number of clients have asked to have either a hatch to themselves or an exclusive vehicle - see Vehicles section. If, for any reason, you feel that this would be right for you neither of these requirements is a problem and I would strongly recommend that you book accordingly as it will not normally be possible to make these arrangements once you have arrived.

Should you book within 10 weeks of departure full payment will be required. Otherwise a deposit of 20% of the full cost per person plus the Flying Doctor Service fee is all that is required until the final payment is made 10 weeks from the departure date.

Payment may be made by cheque or preferably by bank transfer. I am sorry but at this time we are unable to accept payment by credit card.
