Bush Safaris

One of the greatest tributes to the success of our bush safaris is the number of people who choose to return for a second or third time, or those who return every year! We are extremely proud of the reputation we've achieved for delivering exciting and content-rich bush safaris. One of the aspects which we believe sets our safaris apart is our dedication to ensuring that guests are not here to simply tick off a checklist of animals - as one might do in a zoo - but that they are witness to a true experience of life in the wild for these creatures. We also know how important it is to find the best position for our guests to take photographs from, and we always do this without making an impact on the lives of the animals. As passionate observers and photographers of the country and its wildlife ourselves we understand the needs of the photographer and as such we have created our bush safaris with this in mind.
Some readers might be worried by the term "bush safaris" as they might understand that to infer basic facilities. Nothing could be further from the truth. We have a page dedicated to the camping facilities we provide, and although living and participating in the bush, as close to nature as possible, is what our safaris are all about, we only use modern equipment which take into account your full comfort.
If you are interested in experiencing bush safaris which reflect the reality of life in the wild, then Freeman Safaris are right for you. As our slogan says "Yesterday's Safaris, Today" - a reference to our commitment to providing you with a true, old-fashioned holiday experience. One that will stay with you forever!
