Over the years I have been running my safaris I
have always tried to maintain very competitive prices. Recently, however, there
have been so many increases in costs, (three rises in park fees and substantial
rises in food and fuel) that I can no longer afford to absorb them as before.
Therefore I will
reluctantly have to increase my prices by 15% for 2011.
This may sound like a big increase but please
bear in mind that they are still in the order of £130 per day cheaper than any
other safari operator in the Mara, using their 2010 prices.
I believe that my safaris continue to offer
considerably more and this is endorsed by the large amount of repeat business
that we have. This is because we provide a game-viewing experience
second-to-none with our ‘Yesterday’s Safaris Today’ philosophy.
My centrally located Camp enables us to stay out
longer with the game each day in the same way that I experienced with my father
many years ago – a real safari but with the comforts of today.
As a number of you have enquired to book next
year and for those of you who
are planning to join me next year I will give
you a 5% discount if you book
and pay your deposit by the end of October 2010.
